Order Requirement
For all orders the shipping address and billing address must align. Orders exceeding $600 are subject to additional verification.
Processing Times
Bundles, Tape-Ins, and Lace - All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
Ready-to-Ship / Uncustomized Collection - Processing takes 1-5 business days.
Luxury Wigs Collection – Processing takes 1-10 business days.
Once completed, tracking information will be sent via email once this processing period is complete.
No Weekend/Holiday Processing: Orders are not processed on weekends or during national holidays.
Shipping Time
Domestic Shipping - All orders within the United States are shipped via UPS or USPS, with signature confirmation.
Standard delivery is estimated to take 2-3 business days after processing. Economy delivery typically takes 5-8 business days after processing.
International Shipping - All international orders are shipped vis FedEx or UPS.
Standard delivery takes approximately 10 business days.
Customs duties in the recipient's country or region are the responsibility of the customer.
